1.  Pricing

 

Prices are displayed in AUD. Prices may be subject to change if necessary. Where applicable, prices also include GST. All prices are correct at the time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

 

2.  Payment

 

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services and or products, Bedroom Bliss provides to you. Bedroom Bliss welcomes payment by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit over the telephone and over the website.

 

3.  Product Availablitiy

 

All orders are subject to availability. We will contact you immediately if an item you have selected is temporarily out of stock or unavailable. In this situation, you may choose to wait whilst we locate another or exchange / refund your order.

 

4.  Gift Wrapping

 

We are delighted to offer a free gift wrapping service, in our signature colours. This entitles you to one per order, to the nominated address.

 

5.  Subscriptions

 

Subscription to Bedroom Bliss Newsletter is via your registration. We ask only for your name and email address. These details are kept confidential and are used soley by Bedroom Bliss to keep you up to date with our latest sales and promotions. Emails are kept to a minimum. It is your right to unsubscribe at anytime. To do so, send us a blank email with the heading “unsubscribe” in the subject line from the registered email address and we will remove you immediately.

 

6.  Exchange Policy

 

At Bedroom Bliss, we pride ourselves on our customer service. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. We fully understand that items may be unsuitable or you may simply change your mind. If you have purchased a full priced item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to organise your exchange or store credit. The item must be returned in its original condition, that is, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not returned in brand new condition. Freight will be recharged, unless you provide a pre paid postal satchel.

We will only pay a delivery charge if a product purchased from us faulty, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

We do not accept exchanges on sale items.

 

7.  Acceptance of Order

 

We will acknowledge your order shortly after receiving it and send a further email to confirm that we have processed your order. Please ensure an accurate email address is supplied.

 

8.  Security

 

We use a secure payment gateway to process all payments which is linked to our National Australia Bank Merchant Account.
